Here’s what you’ll need! |
2 slices bread
1 tsp. margarine or butter
3 Tbsp. peanut butter
Directions:
1. Toast bread.
2. Spread butter on one piece of bread, and peanut butter on the other. Put bread together!

I used “Wonder” brand SmartWhite bread, “Country Crock Shedd’s Spread” brand margarine spread, and “Jif” brand extra crunchy peanut butter.
This sandwich provides a lot of nutrients if you use good bread!
Also, you can substantially lower the calories by reducing peanut butter to two tablespoons and substituting butter with zero-calorie butter-flavored spray.
